Refunds, Returns & Exchange Policy

At ItemsHub, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a return and exchange policy to ensure your needs are met.

This policy applies to purchases made through our website ( and our showroom.

General Conditions:

Products can be returned or exchanged within 15 days from the date of purchase.

Products must be accompanied by the original sales invoice.

Products must be unused and in their original packaging with all accessories, manuals,
registration cards, and promotional items included.

Products with incomplete packaging, damage, or scratches are not eligible for return or

Products with minor soiling or opened packaging but are otherwise in new condition may be returned after inspection.

Dead on Arrival (DOA) and Not Functioning Products:

DOA or malfunctioning products will be exchanged or refunded after verification by our
personnel or an authorized service center technician.


Refunds for purchases made by credit/debit card will be processed only to the same card.

Refunds for purchases made with gift cards or points will be issued through ItemsHub gift cards.

2. Product Usage: Follow the manufacturer instructions for proper use, installation, and maintenance of the product to avoid voiding warranties or causing damage.
